C2 – Reinvest Understanding of Texts
Goal: Show that you understand written or spoken texts.
Strategies:
- Read/listen with a purpose (main idea, details, characters).
- Highlight or write down keywords.
- Guess words from context.
- Summarize: tell the main idea in your own words.
- Connect: relate to your life, another story, or the world.
Example: After reading a comic, answer: Who? What happens? How does it end?
C2 Practice (Reading/Listening)
- Read a short paragraph. Highlight the main idea.
- Listen to a song or short video. Write 3 keywords.
- Make a quick summary in one or two sentences.
